Baglio Trinita

Visited Safaría on 17 August, location adjacent to the Baglio Trinità. 1 hour and thirty minute jeep tour with highly qualified guides in search of buffalo, ostriches, mouflons and deer...seen them all! At 7pm aperitif with breathtaking sunset on a hill overlooking the Belice valley. One of a kind location, excellent local food, platters with cured meats, cheeses, caponata and more. Place to visit.

This year we chose the Baglio Trinità for the Ordinary Assembly of the Members of the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired of Trapani and I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that the choice was very perfect. First of all, the location: located just outside Castelvetrano, in the midst of lush nature, this ancient and rustic complex hides sober and elegant furnishings inside. The garden and the nearby chapel are beautiful. The service: impeccable from every point of view, from the organization of the assembly room, the polling station and the dining room to the lunch itself, everything went perfectly, like clockwork. The food: all DELICIOUS and plentiful, of above average quality. There was a lot of positive feedback from members who really enjoyed the culinary experience and, in general, the whole day. I can only highly recommend Baglio Trinità for your ceremonies and celebrations

We chose Baglio Trinità to celebrate our wedding with relatives and friends, it is an evocative location, even more so in this period, December. Christmas dress makes it magical! Excellent cuisine, impeccable and professional service, everyone very kind and available for our every need. We the spouses, first and foremost, but above all our guests, were satisfied with everything. I advise!

Difficult to describe this place. Thousands of photos wouldn't be enough. You should live and breathe it. Immersed in elegant but rustic greenery. All around the park you can smell the scent of the earth, the moss and the wood. A location where events are transformed into fairy tales. It houses a small Norman church, modeled after Byzantine Cuba. Very professional staff. Excellent food.

Make sure you put everything in writing in the contract. Don't leave anything to chance. Wedding organized for lunch closed quickly at 6pm because the room was busy for another event in the evening. Very superficial negotiation before the event with only telephone reassurances "don't worry, we'll see about it later....." unfortunately we were 1500 km away and we couldn't do otherwise. During the payment phase, once the wedding was over, and having pointed out their superficiality in managing the agreements, the owner took refuge, practically insulting me, asking if I was in the profession and what work I did. At my threat of negative feedback on the internet he calmed down. You don't treat customers like that. For lunch, apart from technical misunderstandings due to their superficiality, everything was excellent and of good quality. The guests were satisfied and satisfied. However, the spouses were taken aback by their lack of transparency.
